Five weeks to fitness!
Not for the weak of heart, this high-intensity early morning workout combines speed, agility training and resistance exercises for total body conditioning. Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.
You may want to grumble at our certified Personal Trainers who will guide you through this tough workout; don't worry, they can handle it, and so can YOU! All fitness levels welcome.
The Fitness program will offer two five-week Boot Camp sessions in Fall 2013. Each session meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:30 to 7:30am in the MRC.
Session I: Sept. 9 to Oct. 11
Register by Friday, September 6 at 4:00pm at MRC Business Center
Session II: Oct. 14 to Nov. 15
Register by Friday, October 11 at 4:00pm at MRC Business Center
