Berry Hall is a two-story residence hall with six buildings that houses both female and male students. Berry Hall is made up of double and private rooms, community showers, lounges, and a main lobby. Berry Hall offers many opportunities to get involved through programs sponsored by resident assistants or by joining the hall government, which is part of Residence Hall Association (RHA). Berry Hall houses single students of all classifications.
Each bedroom includes two beds, two desks, a closet with drawers and shelves, and a smoke detector. Each room has extended cable service and an Ethernet connection.
The bathrooms are located at a central location on each section and include up to three toilets, three sinks and three showers.
Residential Living and Learning provides free laundry services to all Berry Hall residents. The laundry facility is located the first floor of building 3.

The Berry Hall Staff is composed of a hall director and two resident assistants.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 2am.
Saturday - Sunday, 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 2am.

Sand Volleyball court
TV Lounge with big screen television
Pool and Ping-Pong Tables
A courtyard with patio furniture is adjacent to the main lobby
All facilities in University Housing are non-smoking.

The only pets allowed are fish in a 10 gallon aquarium (maximum size). One aquarium per resident.
Items not allowed in housing:
Candles/Incense/Oil Lamps (anything with an open flame)
Portable Heaters (anything with heat coils)
Any other cooking appliances with the exception of a microwave.
