This new three story, 85,900 square foot, suite style residence hall features 250 beds and is designed to meet the needs of today’s independent student. The hall opened in the fall 2011 academic semester. Each suite has two bedrooms, a living room, sink area, and bathroom with shower. There is a lounge area on each floor, community activity spaces, kitchen on the main floor, laundry facilities, TV lounge, multi-purpose room, and outdoor courtyard area for relaxation. It is located on the corner of highway 50/24 and Culver Street and puts the student within walking distance of the recreation center and the student center.
Lounges are available on each floor for residents to meet and socialize.
Residential Living and Learning provides free laundry for all Pride Rock residents. Laundry facilities are located on each floor adjacent to the lounges.

The Pride Rock Staff is composed of a hall director and 8 resident assistants.
Monday - Thursday, 10am - 2am.
Friday, 10am - 4am.
Saturday - Sunday, 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 4am.

TV lounge with big screen tv
All facilities in University Housing are non-smoking.
The only pets allowed are fish in a 10 gallon aquarium (maximum size). One aquarium per resident.
Items not allowed in housing:
Candles/Incense/Oil Lamps (anything with an open flame)
Portable Heaters (anything with heat coils)
Any other cooking appliances with the exception of a microwave.
