Applying For Graduation

Apply for graduation during the very first week of your final semester. This is important because the deadline for applying is usually within the first 30 days of each semester. STAY with this process and don’t let it get ahead of you. Below are recommended steps to complete the graduation application process.

1. Apply for graduation during the first week of your final semester.  This site provides all the information you need to apply for graduation, pay the graduation fee, and obtain information about commencement dates and locations.
2. Pay graduation fee.
3. You will receive notification from the Registrar’s Office about your clearance to graduate or deficiencies that need to be removed before you can graduate.
4. Check to be sure the courses listed on your degree plan match perfectly the courses on your transcript. You can obtain an unofficial copy of your transcript through MyLeo.
5. If you need to make changes on your degree plan so the plan and the transcript match, you should contact your advisor.
