The Department of Curriculum & Instruction offers undergraduate degrees in early childhood-4th grade with certification as Generalist, Bilingual, ESL, or Special Education. Before the Internship Semester
ECE Course & Internship Prerequisites
The semester prior to your internship semester, you should apply for internship. Application packets are available online at the Center for Educator Certification and Academic Services
Requirements for entering internship include but are not limited to:
- Overall GPA 2.5
- Interdisciplinary GPA 2.5
- TASP/THEA Reading Score of 250. All students are required to take the THEA reading portion. This must be done prior to internship.
