Marilyn Jones currently serves as Administrator of Royse City Medical Clinic with her husband, Dr. Ron Jones, where they opened the practice in 1976. Marilyn graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelors degree in Spanish and English and also served as president of Alpha Phi Sorority and the president of Pan-Hellenic. After graduation in 1970, Marilyn taught at Royse City ISD and then taught English as a second language at the West Des Moines Opportunity Center.
Marilyn has been active in various community organizations serving as the past president of the Rockwall Literary Guild, past president of the Rockwall Chapter of the National Charity League, co-founder and past president of the Rockwall Chapter of the American Heart Association, and former Rockwall Park board member.
Marilyn and Ron have three children. Ron and two of the children also graduated from A&M-Commerce. Marilyn and Ron are members of Lake Point Church where Marilyn serves on the Women's Ministry Leadership Team. Marilyn and Ron reside in Rockwall and at Lake Elberta in Sulphur Springs, where Marilyn serves as president of the board of Lake Elberta, Inc.
