Dee Ann Gorham
Dee Ann Gorham is a member of the Music Faculty and teaches Applied Voice. She also works with the Opera Ensemble Productions. Her studio has between five and twelve singers presenting Junior or Senior Voice Recitals each year. She serves as pianist for the Community Chorus and performs with various singing artists, conductors, and region choirs. She has also appeared on several occasions as the pianist for the Texas All-State Choirs. She has also served as pianist for the campus All State Choir Camp for 27 years. Some of the conductors for whom she has played include: Paul Salamunovich, Weston Noble, and Don Neuen. Classes that she instructs include: Vocal Production, Art Song Literature, and Opera and Oratorio Literature. She continues to serve as an adjudicator/clinician for region and area events. She has served as an adjudicator for the Middle Tennessee International Orpheus Vocal Competition for 9 years. Her Bachelor of Music degree is from Texas Christian University and her Master of Music degree is from East Texas State University. Her professional memberships include: NATS, TCDA, TMEA, and Classical Singer.
