COUN 516 -- Pre Practicum Application

Prerequisites for Prepracticum: COUN 501 (Orientation) & COUN 510 (Theories) must be completed before Prepracticum (minimum "B" grade required); COUN 528 (Group) must be completed before Prepracticum (minimum "B" grade) OR may be taken concurrently with prepracticum.

Applications submitted by Friday, March 26, 2010 will receive first consideration for available classes. Late applications are not guaranteed consideration. Preference is given to students who are fully admitted into the counseling program.

NOTE: Only one section of COUN 516--Prepracticum is offered, and the course runs for 10 weeks, inclusive of Summer I & Summer II. It will meet on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 9:30 pm at the Metroplex Campus.. Do not apply for this course if you cannot attend class the entire 10 weeks.

You will be notified of your acceptance and section assignment via email. You may only enroll in the section to which you are assigned.

It is IMPORTANT that you provide accurate and complete contact information including a current working email address.
