Faculty Training Sessions
Faculty training is provided through varied means of delivery in order to accommodate faculty schedules and the varied ways individuals learn. Below are varied ways we provide training for you. To view a list of upcoming sessions or to register for any training sessions click on this registration link. You do not need to register for on-demand videos.
One-on-one just in time training is available to faculty during normal business hours Monday through Friday. To arrange a Just-in-Time training session with a member of the Faculty Center team, email Online@tamuc.edu or call 903-886-5511.
On-demand videos are available for you to view at any time. These are pre-recorded materials arranged by topic. No registration is needed to view these materials.
Small Group Sessions
Small group workshop-type sessions are offered on various topics. Registration prior to the session date is requested. Small group sessions to be offered during the fall and spring semesters are:
Technology Primers are introductory sessions on how to use the basic features and components of the instructional technology application.
Technology into Practice
Technology into Practice sessions are small group workshops on integrating instructional technologies and resources into online and web-enhanced courses.
Online webinars are provided as sessions on relevant topics and are available as online webinars from either multiple access points or one access point.
15-Minute Online Lunch-ables
Fifteen minute mini-interactive sessions on specific topics in real time webinar sessions during the 11:00-1:00 lunch hour.
